CONCORD, NH – If you haven’t heard about Senator Judd Gregg’s forum on Thursday, perhaps that’s the point. Yesterday, Granite State activists asked Senator Judd Gregg’s staff to commit to a town hall meeting to discuss health care reform, but got no promises. Last night, Gregg’s office quietly announced he will be holding a last-minute forum at a senior center in Salem on Thursday, August 20.

Over the past two days, activists across New Hampshire have asked Senator Gregg to support health care reform and to hold a town hall meeting to discuss their concerns. After numerous phone calls, emails and in-person visits asking for an audience with Senator Gregg, activists plan to attend the forum in Salem, even if it means standing in line for hours. It is unclear if the Senator will take questions.
